For dentists and orthodontists

The occlusion–posture link splits the literature. A standardized test is something you can check in front of you.

The Perfect Posture Test shows a person's posture in centimetres, on three planes, before and after. Fifteen minutes, nothing done in the mouth, and no claim you can't verify yourself.

You see the protocol live and ask your questions, including about your code of ethics, then you decide. Certified tester: your kit is refunded if nothing changes after one month of documented tests.

The problem

Posture comes up at every conference. Then you read the reviews.

01

Posture gets presented as obvious: chains, sensors, compensations. The systematic reviews remain divided. You won't claim what you can't measure.

02

A patient asks whether their jaw and their back are connected. You have nothing to show them, and you won't answer by guesswork.

03

And anything that looks like selling is off-limits for you, rightly so. You're a dentist, not a salesperson.

What most people miss

The problem isn't whether you believe in the occlusion–posture link. It's having nothing to measure.

The Perfect Posture Test doesn't settle that debate, and it doesn't claim to. It shows something else, in front of the person: postural tilts in centimetres, neck rotation scored out of 7, strength tests that give way and then hold.

You don't become a salesperson: you become a tester. You run the test, the person sees the change for themselves, and if the result is there, you recommend the technology. When the person wears the technology that matches their biophysical profile, their posture reorganizes within 12 seconds, in front of you, and holds for as long as they wear it. They decide on their own.

The mechanism

What we know, and what we assume.

Read: what we know, and what we assume

You already know this: the nervous system organizes posture from several inputs, including the eyes, the inner ear and the feet. That science explains how a compensation sets in. It doesn't explain how Q-Technology works.

The circuit is passive and resonant, with no battery and no electrode. It picks up ambient electromagnetic energy within its resonance band and returns a coherent low-frequency signature that the nervous system reads: that is our hypothesis. The foot is a convenient location, not the mechanism; the circuit also works when worn elsewhere.

It's support, not a cure. Like glasses: you wear them, you see; you take them off, you don't.

What about occlusion? We don't claim any link between occlusion and posture: the literature reviews remain divided, and the test doesn't measure occlusion. It observes posture, before and after wearing a circuit.

Why this isn't applied kinesiology. Standardized protocol, a single push signal, a sham circuit, a blinded observer. Knowing what you're wearing changes what you feel; that's why we test blind.

Where the work stands. More than 30 years of measurements in the patents, and 21 different devices in our pilot research. Science doesn't yet explain every mechanism of action: we still lack instruments precise enough to measure, in biophysics, what happens in the body.

What you will be able to do

Your profession stays your profession. You add a measurement.

At the assessment

Show a posture number, before and after, in front of the person.

With colleagues

Describe a standardized, blinded protocol without presenting anything as settled.

In your network

Share the same measurement language as the physical therapist or osteopath who sees the same person.

In your city

Be the test point people in your city find when they look for a tester.

For you

Experience the test yourself first, and learn your own biophysical profile.

Typical situations

What it looks like in practice

Illustration
The patient who asks whether their jaw and back are connected

A patient asks their dentist whether their jaw has anything to do with their back. The dentist doesn't settle that debate; he offers the Perfect Posture Test, with nothing done in the mouth. We observe the patient's posture in centimeters and their strength tests, without the circuit and then with it, drawing no conclusion about occlusion, and the patient decides alone what to make of it.

Illustration
The skeptical colleague who has read the same reviews

An orthodontist colleague points out that literature reviews remain divided on the occlusion–posture link. The dentist doesn't counter with any study: he describes the protocol, with a dummy circuit and a blinded observer, and offers to let the colleague take the test himself. The test shows whether his posture changes with the circuit worn; the colleague judges by what he sees.

Illustration
The patient also seen by a physical therapist or osteopath

A patient is seen both at the dental practice and by a physical therapist. The dentist runs the test and records the tilts in centimeters and the strength tests, before and after, using the same standardized protocol as other testers. Both practitioners can then talk about the same measurement, and the patient decides alone what comes next.

Composite illustrations to help you picture it. These are not testimonials: real tester feedback will replace this block as soon as it is published.

The path

From the presentation to your first test.

  1. The 60-minute presentationBy video call: the protocol, the tester role, the training, the kit and the terms. We also go through what your code of ethics allows, with the text in hand.
  2. The online trainingAt your own pace: the Perfect Posture Test protocol, standardized before-and-after on three planes, what we say and what we don't. About a day and a half for the Junior level, about three and a half days for Senior, depending on your pace.
  3. The practical examWithin 90 days.
  4. Your first testAt your office, and your location visible in the “Find your tester” search.

Training and kit: presented on the video call, prices included.

Who it's for

We don't take everyone.

This is for you if:

  • you run a practice and see patients for follow-up;
  • occlusion and posture interest you, and you won't claim what you can't measure;
  • you're willing to be tested before deciding, and to check your regulatory framework before signing.

This isn't for you if:

  • you don't have patients yet: the Ambassador program will suit you better;
  • you're looking for an income without running the test yourself;
  • you want us to promise a link between occlusion and posture: we won't.

If we think it's not for you, we'll tell you.

You don't risk your credibility. You check it first, or your kit is refunded.

If nothing changes after one month of documented tests (training completed, practical exam passed), your kit is refunded. It comes back complete, at your expense; the original shipping stays at your cost. The training itself is never refunded: it's a professional purchase, already completed (Certified Tester contract, art. 11.2).

Your area

One tester per 100,000 residents.

All professions combined, as long as the license is active. Check the map to see whether your area is still open. Your city isn't on it? The map only shows cities large enough for a test point: write to us and we'll look at your region with you.

Your questions

Frequently asked questions

“Will I have to sell?”

You don't become a salesperson: you become a tester. You run the test, the person sees the change for themselves, and if the result is there, you recommend the technology. We're looking for credible professionals who recommend what they've seen, not salespeople. Depending on the rules of your profession and your country, you can be paid for your tests and earn a commission on the products you recommend. What your code of ethics allows or not, we go through with you on the video call, text in hand, before anything is signed.

“Will my regulator come after me?”

The test is a functional, non-medical assessment, with nothing done in the mouth. But we don't answer on behalf of your regulator: before you sign, we check together the rules that apply to you in your province, state or country.

“The occlusion–posture link isn't proven.”

You're right to say so: the literature reviews remain divided. We don't claim that link. The test shows posture, before and after, nothing more.

“Insoles aren't my field, that's podiatry.”

The foot is a convenient location, not the mechanism: the circuit works when worn elsewhere. What you do is a measurement test.

“Isn't this applied kinesiology? Placebo?”

No: standardized protocol, a single push signal, a sham circuit, a blinded observer.

“Where are the studies?”

More than 30 years of measurements in the patents, and 21 different devices in our pilot research. Science doesn't yet explain every mechanism of action. The simplest step is to get tested yourself. For a detailed question on the mechanism, Nicolas answers it best, on the video call.

“I don't have time.”

The test takes fifteen minutes. The training is online, at your own pace: about a day and a half for Junior, three and a half days for Senior.

“What does it cost the person being tested?”

The full price, stated up front: Q-Go insoles €329, Q-Pro insoles €499, circuits alone from €279. Two-year technical warranty on the circuits (terms of sale, art. 28).

“What if it doesn't work for my patients?”

First, you experience it yourself. Then the guarantee: your kit is refunded if nothing changes after one month of documented tests.

“There are several of us at the practice.”

Each practitioner is certified individually. The terms are presented on the video call.

“What's a biophysical profile?”

The Perfect Posture Test shows whether the person responds to Q-Alpha, Q-Theta or Q-Omega. About one person in two hundred doesn't reach perfect posture with any of the three.

P.S. You don't have to take anything on faith, neither from us nor about the link between occlusion and posture. In 60 minutes you see the protocol, and we look at what your code allows. If you become a tester and nothing changes after one month of documented tests, your kit is refunded. What really costs you is another year of hearing about posture at conferences with nothing you can measure.
