1. Introduction

Q-Technology OÜ is committed to shipping its products as quickly and securely as possible. This Shipping Policy sets out the processing, dispatch and delivery terms applicable to orders placed on the shop.qbiohacking.com store.

2. Delivery Zones

The products concerned may include, in particular, Q-Technology devices and accessories, Q-Technology insoles, Q-Box, Q-Tape, toe separators, Gua Sha tools – INP Fascia Tool, as well as certain made-to-order products when offered on the website.

Q-Technology OÜ delivers to the following geographic areas:

  • European Union, all Member States;
  • Switzerland, United Kingdom, Norway and other non-EU European countries, subject to availability;
  • North America: United States, Canada and Mexico;
  • Other international destinations upon request and subject to availability.

For destinations outside the standard zones, additional fees and lead times may apply.

3. Order Processing Times

When the product is in stock, the order is prepared and shipped as quickly as possible. As an estimate, preparation and shipping may take between 1 and 5 business days.

When the product is indicated as being on pre-order, being restocked, in production, made to order, or temporarily unavailable, delivery times begin from the date the product is actually available and shipped, and not from the order date.

The customer is notified by email once the order has been dispatched, along with a tracking number where applicable.

In the event of a significant processing delay, for example due to a temporary stock shortage, Q-Technology OÜ will inform the customer by email as soon as possible and offer either:

  • The option of maintaining the order with a revised timeline;
  • Or cancellation with a full refund.

4. Estimated Delivery Times

Unless otherwise specified on the product page, in the shopping cart, during checkout, or in a confirmation email, the estimated delivery times are as follows:

Switzerland: 5 to 15 business days after shipment.

European Union and International: 5 to 20 business days after shipment, excluding any delays related to customs, inspections, local taxes, or constraints specific to the destination country.

Delivery times are expressed in business days, excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays.

These times are provided as estimates. They may vary depending on product availability, periods of high demand, carriers, customs formalities, logistical constraints, public holidays, or any event beyond the control of Q-Technology OU.

5. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and vary based on the destination.

The exact amount is clearly displayed before final order confirmation.

Q-Technology OÜ may periodically offer free shipping on orders above a certain amount, such as 550 euros. Such conditions are indicated on the Store.

6. Order Tracking

Once the order has been dispatched, the customer receives an email containing a tracking number and the carrier company’s name.

The customer can track the progress of their delivery in real time.

If the tracking information has not been updated for an abnormally long period, the customer is invited to contact:

Q-Technology OÜ can then open an investigation with the carrier.

7. Incorrect or Incomplete Delivery Address

The customer is responsible for the accuracy, completeness, and updating of the delivery information provided when placing the order.

If an order is returned due to an error or omission attributable to the customer, reshipment may be offered after the address has been corrected. The reshipment costs, as well as any fees charged by the carrier, customs services, or any logistics provider, may be charged to the customer.

Q-Technology OÜ accepts no liability for non-delivery or delays resulting from an address incorrectly provided by the customer.

8. International Shipments Outside the EU

For orders destined for countries outside the European Union, the package may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, clearance fees or other charges imposed by the destination country.

These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer and are independent of the order price and shipping fees paid to Q-Technology OÜ.

Q-Technology OÜ accepts no liability for delays, holds, refusals or additional taxes attributable to the customs authorities of the destination country.

Customers are advised to check with local authorities before placing an order in order to anticipate any potential additional costs.

Refusal to pay customs duties, local taxes, or import fees does not constitute a legitimate reason for cancellation without charge when these fees were due in the destination country.

If this refusal results in the return, blocking, abandonment, destruction, or loss of the package, the financial consequences may be charged to the customer in accordance with the General Terms and Conditions of Sale.

9. Lost or Damaged Packages

In the event of a package lost during transit or a product received in damaged condition, the customer is invited to contact Q-Technology OÜ within two days of the date of receipt of the package.

Where possible, the customer should attach photographs of the packaging and damaged product.

Q-Technology OÜ will then open an investigation with the carrier and, where applicable, arrange for replacement of the product or a refund, according to the most appropriate course of action.

10. Returns and Right of Withdrawal

For all information regarding returns, right of withdrawal, warranties and refunds, the customer is invited to consult the Terms and Conditions of Sale available on the Store.

11. Unclaimed Package, Refusal Delivery or Carrier Return

The customer agrees to track the shipment of their package, receive the order, collect the package within the specified time frame when it is made available at a relay point, post office, carrier depot, or any other collection location, and complete any necessary import formalities in their country.

In the event of an unclaimed, refused, or uncollected package, or a package returned due to repeated absence, an incorrect or incomplete address, refusal to pay customs duties, local taxes, or import fees, or any other reason attributable to the customer, the return of the package will not automatically be considered a valid cancellation.

In these situations, Q-Technology OU may offer, as applicable :

Reshipment of the order, after payment by the customer of the reshipping costs and any additional fees incurred; 

A partial refund, after the package has been returned and the products inspected;

Or, when the package is unrecoverable, destroyed, lost, abandoned by the carrier, or blocked by local authorities for a reason attributable to the customer, a total or partial refusal of the refund.
