1. Acceptance of Terms
Welcome to qbiohacking.com and shop.qbiohacking.com, operated by Q-Technology OÜ, an Estonian company with its registered office at Narva mnt 5, 10117 Tallinn, Estonia.
Accessing and using the site constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms of Use.
If you do not accept these terms, you are invited to discontinue use of the site.
2. Purpose
These Terms of Use define the terms and conditions governing use of qbiohacking.com, the institutional and editorial website, and shop.qbiohacking.com, the online store, as well as the rights and obligations of users.
For purchases made through the store, these Terms of Use apply in conjunction with the Terms and Conditions of Sale, which take precedence in the event of any conflict relating to a sales transaction.
3. Access to the Site
Access to the site is free of charge.
Any internet connection or equipment costs are borne exclusively by the user.
Q-Technology OÜ reserves the right to modify, suspend or discontinue access to the site, in whole or in part, temporarily or permanently, without prior notice and without incurring any liability.
The user acknowledges that the use of the internet involves technical risks, including interruptions, slowdowns and cyberattacks, and accepts that Q-Technology OÜ cannot be held liable for the consequences of such events.
4. Permitted Use of the Site
The site is intended for personal and non-commercial use, unless prior written authorisation has been granted by Q-Technology OÜ, in particular for Certified Testers contractually authorised to promote and resell certain products.
The user agrees to use the site in a manner consistent with its intended purpose, applicable legislation and these Terms of Use.
The following are expressly prohibited:
- Any fraudulent, abusive or integrity-compromising use of the site;
- Any attempt to intrude, alter the source code or conduct mass scraping of content;
- Any publication of unlawful, defamatory, infringing or obscene content;
- Any impersonation or use of an account belonging to a third party;
- Any unauthorised commercial exploitation of the site’s content.
5. User Accounts
Certain features of the site, including placing orders and accessing Certified Tester tools, require the creation of a user account.
The user agrees to provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information when creating their account, and to keep this information current.
The user is solely responsible for the confidentiality of their login credentials and all actions carried out under their account.

All content on the site, including texts, images, videos, photographs, logos, trademarks, calibrated circuit codes, the designations Q-NeuroSync, Q-Alpha, Q-Theta, Q-Omega, Q-Go and Bigfoot, as well as the name and definition of the four Biophysical Profiles attributed to Nicolas Desjardins, is the exclusive property of Q-Technology OÜ and/or its rights holders.
This content is protected under Estonian, European and international intellectual property law.
Any reproduction, representation, modification, exploitation, distribution, commercialisation or use, in whole or in part, without the prior written authorisation of Q-Technology OÜ, is strictly prohibited and may constitute an act of infringement.
7. Editorial Liability Disclaimer
The information published on the site, including product descriptions, scientific content, blog posts and testimonials, is provided for general informational purposes only.
Q-Technology OÜ endeavours to ensure the accuracy, currency and relevance of this content, but cannot guarantee its completeness or freedom from error.
Content relating to Q-Technology products describes functional observations derived from internal testing. Individual results may vary.
Approximately one person in two hundred does not respond to standardised protocols. Formal peer-reviewed studies are currently ongoing.
Q-Technology OÜ shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential damages resulting from the use of, or inability to use, the site, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Any dispute relating to these Terms of Use shall be submitted, failing amicable resolution, to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Estonian courts, Harju Maakohus, Tallinn, subject to mandatory consumer protection rules applicable under European Union law.

These Terms of Use (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of q-biohacking.com (the “Website”) and any purchases made through it. By accessing the Website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
