For occupational therapists

In your assessment, you see everything. Your client sees nothing.

The Perfect Posture Test shows them, in centimetres and on three planes, what you already pick up. Fifteen minutes, no equipment, and your practice stays exactly as it is.

You see the protocol live, ask your questions, then decide. Certified tester: your kit is refunded if, after a month of documented tests, nothing changes in your clients.

The problem

You observe. You explain. And your client still can't see it.

01

In your assessment, you spot the asymmetry, the balance that wobbles, the compensation. Your client only has your word for it.

02

With the physician who refers to you, you describe what you see. You'd rather show them a measurement.

03

And recommending anything at all makes you uncomfortable. You're a clinician, not a salesperson.

What most people miss

The problem isn't your assessment. It's that your client can't see it.

By eye, the gap is visible to you alone. The Perfect Posture Test makes it visible in front of your client: postural shifts in centimetres, neck rotation scored out of 7, strength tests that give way, then hold.

You don't become a salesperson: you become a tester. You run the test, you show a before-and-after number, and if the result is there, you recommend the technology. When the person wears the technology that matches their biophysical profile, their posture reorganises within 12 seconds, in front of you, and holds for as long as they wear it. Your client decides for themselves.

The mechanism

What we know, and what we assume.

Read: what we know, and what we assume

You already know this: the nervous system organises posture and motor control from the eyes, the inner ear and the feet, and a compensation ends up becoming the norm. That science explains how a compensation sets in. It doesn't explain how Q-Technology works.

The circuit is passive and resonant, with no battery and no electrode. It picks up ambient electromagnetic energy within its resonance band and returns a coherent low-frequency signature, read by the nervous system: that's our hypothesis. The foot is a convenient location, not the mechanism; the circuit also works when worn elsewhere.

It's a support, not a cure. Like glasses: you wear them, you see; you take them off, you don't.

Why this isn't applied kinesiology. Standardised protocol, a single push signal, a sham circuit, a blinded observer. Knowing what you're wearing changes what you feel; that's why we test blind.

Where the research stands. More than 30 years of measurements in the patents, and 21 different devices in our pilot research. Science doesn't yet explain every mechanism of action: we still lack devices precise enough to measure, in biophysics, what happens in the body.

What you will be able to do

Your assessment stays your assessment. You add a measurement.

At the assessment

Show a before-and-after number in front of your client.

At follow-ups

Repeat the measurement your client is looking forward to seeing.

With the referring physician

Describe a standardised, blinded protocol with confidence.

In your city

Be the test location people in your city find when they look for a tester.

For you

Depending on the rules of your profession and your country, you can be paid for the tests you run and earn a commission on the products you recommend. The details are covered on the call. An opportunity, never a guaranteed income.

Typical situations

What it looks like in practice

Illustration
The client who can't see the asymmetry spotted at the assessment

At the end of an assessment, the occupational therapist offers the Perfect Posture Test, separately from her own evaluation. The client sees their tilts in centimetres and their strength tests, without the circuit and then with it, while an observer records the results without knowing which one is worn. They leave with their own measurement and decide for themselves whether to go further.

Illustration
The referring physician who asks what it's based on

The physician who refers clients asks the occupational therapist what this test is worth. She describes the standardised protocol, the dummy circuit and the blinded observer, and makes clear it is a functional, non-medical assessment that replaces none of her assessments. The physician then decides whether to see it for himself.

Illustration
The shared clinic where several colleagues are hesitant

In a shared clinic, one occupational therapist takes the test herself before mentioning it to her colleagues. She observes her stability and her strength tests, without the circuit and then with it, and what the blinded observer records. Each colleague then decides for themselves, since certification is individual.

Composite illustrations to help you picture it. These are not testimonials: real tester feedback will replace this block as soon as it is published.

The path

From the presentation to your first test.

  1. The 60-minute presentationOn a video call: the protocol, the tester role, the training, the kit and the terms.
  2. The online trainingAt your own pace: the Perfect Posture Test protocol, standardising before and after on three planes, what we say and what we don't. About a day and a half for Junior level, about three and a half days for Senior, depending on your pace.
  3. The practical examWithin 90 days.
  4. Your first testIn your clinic, with your location visible in the “Find your tester” search.

Training and kit: presented on the call, prices included.

Who it's for

We don't take everyone.

This is for you if:

  • you see your own clients, in private practice or alongside a salaried role;
  • you already run assessments, and you'd like to show your client a measurement in them;
  • you're willing to get tested yourself before deciding.

This isn't for you if:

  • you don't have clients of your own yet: the Ambassador programme will suit you better;
  • you want an income without offering the test;
  • you refuse any before-and-after measurement.

If we think it isn't right for you, we'll tell you.

You don't risk your credibility. You strengthen it, or your kit is refunded.

If, after a month of documented tests with your clients (training completed, practical exam passed), nothing changes, your kit is refunded. It comes back complete, at your expense; the original shipping stays at your charge. The training itself is never refunded: it's a professional purchase, already completed (Certified Tester contract, art. 11.2).

Your area

One tester per 100,000 people.

All professions combined, as long as the licence is active. Check the map to see if your area is still open. Your town isn't on it? The map only shows towns large enough for a test location: write to us, and we'll look at your region with you.

Your questions

Frequently asked questions

“I'm a clinician, not a salesperson. Will I have to sell?”

You don't become a salesperson: you become a tester. You run the test, your client sees the change for themselves, and if the result is there, you recommend the technology. We're looking for credible professionals who recommend what they've seen, not salespeople. Depending on the rules of your profession and your country, you can be paid for your tests and earn a commission on the products you recommend. In practice, many testers set it up this way: the test happens during the appointment, and both the recommendation and the commission go through a separate business, your own, run outside your consultation hours. You simply tell the person. Check with your regulatory body what your profession allows.

“Are these insoles? An assistive device?”

No. The foot is a convenient location, not the mechanism: the circuit works when worn elsewhere. It isn't an assistive device. What you offer is a measurement test.

“Is this outside my scope of practice?”

The test is a functional, non-medical assessment: we look at a function (stability, strength, asymmetry, rotation), never a condition. It doesn't replace any of your assessments and isn't presented as an occupational therapy intervention.

“Is this applied kinesiology? A placebo?”

No: standardised protocol, a single push signal, a sham circuit, a blinded observer.

“Where are the studies?”

More than 30 years of measurements in the patents, and 21 different devices in our pilot research. Science doesn't yet explain every mechanism of action. The simplest thing is to get tested yourself. A pointed question about the mechanism: Nicolas answers that best, on the call.

“I've seen proprioceptive insoles come and go.”

So have we. Get tested, and judge for yourself.

“I don't have time.”

The test takes fifteen minutes and fits into the assessment or the start of a follow-up. The training is online, at your own pace: about a day and a half for Junior, three and a half days for Senior.

“My clients can't afford it.”

Your client decides on their own, after seeing their own result. The full price, stated once: Q-Go insoles €329, Q-Pro insoles €499, circuits alone from €279. Two-year technical warranty on the circuits (terms of sale, art. 28).

“What if it doesn't work on my clients?”

First, you experience it on yourself. Then, the guarantee: your kit is refunded if nothing changes after a month of documented tests.

“I'm employed, not in private practice.”

The test takes place where you see your own clients. Without clients of your own, the Ambassador programme will suit you better.

“There are several of us in the clinic.”

Each practitioner is certified individually. The terms are presented on the call.

“I'm an occupational therapist in Quebec.”

Write to us before booking: your code of ethics closely governs what an occupational therapist may receive in connection with their profession, and we look at that first.

“What is a biophysical profile?”

The Perfect Posture Test reveals whether the person responds to Q-Alpha, Q-Theta or Q-Omega. About one person in two hundred doesn't reach perfect posture with any of the three.

P.S. You don't have to take our word for anything. In 60 minutes, you see the protocol. If you become a tester and nothing changes in your clients after a month of documented tests, your kit is refunded. What really costs you is another year of assessments where your client only has your words to see what you observe.
