For Pilates instructors

Your clients say “I feel better”. The physio asks how you measure it.

The Perfect Posture Test shows your client, in centimetres and across three planes, what you already correct on the mat and the Reformer. Fifteen minutes, without changing a thing in your class.

You see the protocol live, you ask your questions, then you decide. As a certified tester, your kit is refunded if nothing changes for your clients after one month of documented tests.

The problem

You correct, your clients feel better. And then?

01

Your client feels the difference at the end of class, without being able to say what changed. Neither can you, not with a measurement.

02

When a physio or an osteopath refers someone to you, all you can give back is how they feel. They speak in measurements.

03

And the idea of offering your clients anything at all makes you uneasy. You're there to teach, not to sell.

What most people miss

The problem isn't your teaching. It's that nobody can see it.

Many instructors assess posture by eye, on the mat and on the Reformer. Your client sees nothing. The Perfect Posture Test makes the gap visible right in front of them: postural shifts in centimetres, neck rotation scored out of 7, strength tests that give way, then hold.

You don't become a salesperson: you become a tester. You show a number, before and after, your client sees the change for themselves, and if the result is there, you recommend the technology. When the person wears the technology that matches their biophysical profile, their posture reorganises within 12 seconds, in front of you, and holds for as long as they wear it. We're looking for credible professionals who recommend what they've seen, not salespeople.

The mechanism

What we know, and what we assume.

Read: what we know, and what we assume

You already know this: the nervous system organises posture and movement control, and a compensation ends up becoming the norm. It's what you work on through centring and breathing. That science explains how a compensation sets in. It doesn't explain how Q-Technology works.

The circuit is passive and resonant, with no battery and no electrode. It picks up ambient electromagnetic energy within its resonance band and returns a coherent low-frequency signature, read by the nervous system: that is our hypothesis. The foot is a convenient location, not the mechanism; the circuit also works worn elsewhere.

It's a support, not a cure. Like glasses: you wear them, you see; you take them off, you don't.

Why this isn't applied kinesiology. Standardised protocol, a single push signal, a dummy circuit, a blinded observer. Knowing what you're wearing changes what you feel; that's why we test blind.

Where the work stands. More than 30 years of measurements in the patents, and 21 different devices in our pilot research. Science can't yet explain every mechanism of action: we still lack instruments precise enough to measure, in biophysics, what happens in the body.

The science behind it →

What you will be able to do

Your class stays your class. You add a measurement.

In private sessions

Show a number, before and after, in front of your client.

In the sessions that follow

Repeat the measurement your client is waiting to see.

With physios and osteopaths

Describe a standardised, blinded protocol in words they recognise.

In your city

Be the test point people in your city find when they look for a tester.

For you

Depending on the rules of your profession and your country, you can be paid for the tests you run and earn a commission on the products you recommend. The details are covered on the video call. An opportunity, never a guaranteed income.

Typical situations

What it looks like in practice

Illustration
The client who always loads the same side on the Reformer

For weeks, the instructor has noticed her client compensating on the same side on the Reformer. Before the private session, she runs the Perfect Posture Test: pelvis and shoulder tilts on three planes, neck rotation and strength tests, without the circuit and then with it. The client looks at the measurement and decides for herself whether to repeat it in later sessions.

Illustration
The person referred by a physio, getting back into Pilates

A physiotherapist has referred this person to the studio after a period off. The instructor makes no diagnosis: they run the test standing, before and after, and note what is observed in posture, stability and strength. They can then describe the protocol and what the test showed to the physio, in terms the physio recognises.

Illustration
The small group that wants to know what classes actually change

Several clients in a small-group class ask what their practice really changes. The instructor offers the test to those who want it, one at a time, before class. The test shows whether posture and stability hold under the strength tests, and each person then decides whether to go further.

Composite illustrations to help you picture it. These are not testimonials: real tester feedback will replace this block as soon as it is published.

The path

From the presentation to your first test.

  1. The 60-minute presentationOn a video call: the protocol, the tester's role, the training, the kit and the terms.
  2. Online trainingAt your own pace: the Perfect Posture Test protocol, before-and-after measurement across the three planes, what we say and what we don't. About a day and a half for the Junior level, about three and a half days for Senior, depending on your pace.
  3. The practical examWithin 90 days.
  4. Your first testAt your studio, and your studio visible in the “Find your tester” search.

Training and kit: presented on the video call, prices included.

Who it's for

We don't take everyone.

This is for you if:

  • you teach private sessions or small groups, to clients who keep coming back;
  • you're trained in motor control or biomechanics, and you lack a way to show it;
  • you're willing to be tested yourself before you decide.

This isn't for you if:

  • you don't have regular clients yet: the Ambassador programme will suit you better;
  • you're looking for income without offering the test;
  • you refuse any before-and-after measurement.

If we think it's not for you, we'll tell you.

You're not risking your credibility. You strengthen it, or your kit is refunded.

If nothing changes after one month of documented tests with your clients (training completed, practical exam passed), your kit is refunded. It comes back complete, at your expense; the original shipping stays at your cost. The training itself is never refunded: it's a professional purchase, already completed (Certified Tester contract, art. 11.2).

Your area

One tester per 100,000 inhabitants.

All professions combined, as long as the licence is active: physio, osteopath, coach or Pilates instructor. Check the map to see whether your area is still open. Your city isn't on it? The map only shows cities large enough for a test point: write to us and we'll look at your region with you.

Your questions

Frequently asked questions

Will I have to sell?

No. You don't become a salesperson: you become a tester. You run the test, your client sees the change for themselves, and if the result is there, you recommend the technology. We're looking for credible professionals who recommend what they've seen, not salespeople. Depending on the rules of your profession and your country, you can be paid for the tests you run and earn a commission on the products you recommend. In practice, many testers set it up this way: the test happens during the session, and both the recommendation and the commission go through your own structure (sole proprietorship, independent contractor status…), run alongside your main activity. You simply tell the person. The details are covered on the call. An opportunity, never a guaranteed income.

Does this fit the spirit of Pilates?

The test replaces nothing in your teaching. It makes visible, before and after, what you already work on. Your method stays yours.

I wouldn't know how to explain it without sounding strange.

You don't explain anything first: you run the test, and your client sees. The training teaches you what we say, and what we don't.

Is this applied kinesiology? Placebo?

No: standardised protocol, a single push signal, a dummy circuit, a blinded observer.

Where are the studies?

More than 30 years of measurements in the patents, and 21 different devices in our pilot research. Science can't yet explain every mechanism of action. The simplest step is still to get tested. A detailed question about the mechanism: Nicolas answers that best, on the video call.

If it worked, physios would already be using it.

Some do: physiotherapists are among our certified testers. Don't take our word for it, though. Ask to see a measurement: get tested.

I've already tried proprioceptive insoles.

So have we. Get tested, and judge for yourself.

I don't have time.

The test takes fifteen minutes and fits into a private session. The training is online, at your own pace: about a day and a half for Junior, three and a half days for Senior.

My clients will find it expensive.

The price is stated in full: Q-Go insoles €329, Q-Pro insoles €499, circuits alone from €279. 2-year technical warranty on the circuits (terms of sale, art. 28).

What if it doesn't work on my clients?

First, you experience it yourself. Then, the guarantee: your kit is refunded if nothing changes after one month of documented tests.

There are several of us at the studio.

Each instructor is certified individually. The terms are covered on the video call.

What's a biophysical profile?

The Perfect Posture Test reveals whether a person responds to Q-Alpha, Q-Theta or Q-Omega. About one person in two hundred doesn't reach perfect posture with any of the three.

P.S. You don't have to take anything on faith. In 60 minutes, you see the protocol. If you become a tester and nothing changes for your clients after one month of documented tests, your kit is refunded. What really costs you is another year of classes where your client has nothing to show but how they feel.
