They talk to you about supplements, routines, blood panels. Nobody asks: are YOU living in the right mode?
Prevention today is a shopping list: vitamins, sleep, steps, blood markers. All useful. But one question is missing, and it may be the most upstream of all: is your nervous system running in the register that’s actually its own? This article lays out a thesis — honestly, separating what’s documented from what’s still a hypothesis.
The prevention nobody talks about
Most prevention acts on inputs: what you eat, how much you sleep, how much you move. Rarer is the question of ORGANIZATION: how your body holds itself, stabilizes, distributes its forces. Yet that’s where a lot plays out, silently, every day.
The thesis, stated honestly
Here’s the idea we stand behind: a better-organized posture, several muscle chains engaged, increased stability, hygiene against electromagnetic fields — it can only make the body more resilient and less “worn” over time.
Note the verb: it “can only” help. Not “it heals.” It’s terrain reasoning: you tend the foundations, you don’t promise a new roof.
What’s documented (the solid part)
Let’s start with what holds. Stability and good force distribution through the body are associated with lower injury risk. A body that spreads its loads better absorbs them better. That’s established.
✅ DOCUMENTED : stability and good force distribution are associated with lower injury risk (general sports-science and biomechanics literature). A general link, independent of any brand.
Likewise, chronic background stress and poor recovery are, in general, associated with worse health. Tending a calmer, steadier terrain points in the right direction.
What’s still hypothesis (the honesty)
Now, the leap we have no right to present as proven: that living in YOUR biophysical profile strengthens your global resilience and slows your wear. It’s plausible, it’s physiologically coherent — but it’s not demonstrated. We present it as reasoning, not as fact.
🔬 HYPOTHESIS — to confirm : that living in your profile strengthens global resilience and slows wear = physiological reasoning, to be confirmed. Not proof, not a health claim.
Same for hygiene against electromagnetic fields. The idea that a chronic EMF load has a background biological effect is the subject of a debated literature — we present it as a hypothesis, not a consensus.
🔬 HYPOTHESIS — to confirm : background biological effect of chronic EMF load: hypothesis, debated literature (e.g. Pall 2013; Bandara & Carpenter 2018). Presented as such.
Why “terrain” and not “remedy”
This is the point we care about. We don’t prevent a disease, we cure none. We tend a terrain. The difference is essential: we don’t promise you’ll avoid a specific problem — we say a better-organized, more stable body, in its right mode, simply has a better base to last.
Like sleep and movement: nobody guarantees they’ll spare you a given disease, but nobody doubts they strengthen your terrain. Living in your profile, we see it the same way.
Start by knowing where you stand
First things first: do you even know which mode you run on? The Biophysical Profile Test tells you — and shows you, live, whether your posture reorganizes. 15 minutes, with a certified tester, €33 (−15 % in Canada).
